1. How is VITACREME B12 applied ?
For dull, dry and mature skin, apply VITACREME B12 as often as necessary but at least morning and night. For oily skin, apply after deep cleansing for full penetration. For sunburned skin, apply in the evening (preferably after a shower). Noticeable improvements in the elasticity and moisture of the skin will be clearly visible in as little as a few weeks.
2. What is the composition of VITACREME B12 ?
VITACREME B12 is formulated and made in Switzerland, a country traditionally known for quality. All ingredients are authorized and comply with international cosmetic regulations and CTFA specifications. The ingredients are of modern formulation and proven effectiveness.
3. Can I use it with other cosmetic products ?
Certainly you can. VITACREME B12 is compatible with all other cosmetic products. Not only is VITACREME B12 an ideal solution as a night treatment, but also as a daytime moisturizer and/or as a make-up base.
4. Can I use VITACREME B12 as a sun protection cream ?
No! It does not contain any filters against UV rays from the sun. It does not replace sun protection cream; its purpose is to provide moisture into the skin. However, we are planning to introduce the sun protection cream containing Vitamin B12 in the near future.
5. After its application I noticed some red spots or bumps on my skin.
Am I allergic to VITACREME B12?
Vitamin B12 is an active ingredient that may cause a slight tingling and/or reddening of the skin when used for the first time. There is no cause for alarm and you may continue to apply the cream once a day in the evening. Some people may notice small, red spots or bumps on the skin after initially applying VITACREME B12. This does not mean that the cream is reacting adversely with the skin. VITACREME B12 regenerates the skin by helping to remove dead skin cells and toxins. The red bumps are normally a result of this regeneration process. However, in the rare case that the condition persists, please discontinue using VITACREME B12 and the red bumps will soon disappear.
6. Why is VITACREME B12 in aluminum tubes?
Vitamin B12 is a delicate vitamin that needs to be protected from overexposure to sunlight. For this reason, good packaging is very important. This container properly preserves and guarantees the effectiveness of the product for up to several years when stored at room temperature.
